I figured it was about time I do one of these, now that I somehow have more followers than people I follow (you guys are amazing and I love you), which means that people who didn’t know me from before are now following me (alskeruaslfj).

Well, hi! I’m Chira, a 21 years young graduate student whose heart is set on a doctorate in microbial genetics. Currently just a masters student working on cell signaling in the SF Bay Area, though. I’m a cosplayer and a photographer as well. <3

Here you’ll see a lot of gifs, cosplay, nerdy jokes, cats/cute animals, debunking Tumblr “science”, sobbing over just about everything, anime, manga, comics, movies, and quotes. 

Fandoms include: Doctor Who, Marvel Comics (you’ll mostly see Young Avengers, Thor, Avengers, and X-men, though I love me some Deadpool and Tony/Steve), Pokemon, Homestuck, Natsume Yuujinchou, Broadway musicals, Inazuma Eleven, Madoka Magica, VOCALOID, Pandora Hearts, and Shin Megami Tensei, among others.

My ask box is always open to questions and comments, and I can also be found at my Twitter. My cosplay goes up on my ACP, and my photography, my ACS or my Flickr. I also love nail art, but due to a flood of posts, my own nail art, as well as ideas I come across, goes up over here, at my little nail art blog.

I love making friends with my followers, but I follow a lot of people (and get followed by a lot of bots), so talking to me is encouraged! <3

Do I liveblog? Not a thorough liveblog, but I will post my reactions to stuff. More thorough liveblogging goes through Twitter or plurk, usually.
